Frank M. Walker, Jr., born July 9, 1951, obtained his B.A. degree from University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee in 1973 and his J.D. degree from LSU Law School in 1976, finishing in the top 10% of his class.
He is admitted to practice in all of the state and federal district courts and all of the state appellate courts of Louisiana, the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel and a member of the Litigation Counsel of America Trial Lawyer Honorary Society. He was selected as a Louisiana “Super Lawyer” and was named the Best Lawyers’ “2012 Lake Charles Personal Injury Litigation - Defendants Lawyer of the Year” (only a single lawyer in each specialty in each community is honored as the “Lawyer of the Year.”) Best Lawyers compiles its lists of outstanding attorneys by conducting exhaustive peer-review surveys in which thousands of leading lawyers confidentially evaluate their professional peers.
