Samuel B. Gabb

Sam was born in New Orleans, Louisiana. He attended the University of New Orleans, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1990. Thereafter, he attended Tulane University School of Law, receiving his Juris Doctorate Degree in 1993.

After law school, Sam entered private practice and has gained extensive trial experience. His practice has focused on litigation, exclusively defending businesses, insurers and government entities.

Sam is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, as well as the Southwest Louisiana Bar Association, where he has served on the Executive Council. He is also a member of the Southwest Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel.

He is admitted before all Louisiana State Courts, as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Western and Middle Districts of Louisiana and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Sam maintains a diverse practice. Sam has represented public and business entities in counseling and litigation capacities, defended business entities and insurers in multi-million dollar litigation matters arising from mass casualties, primarily in a maritime context, defended employers in various discrimination suits and employment claims, defended business entities and insurers in environmental class action suits, and he has represented business entities before government entities and administrative agencies.
